A space to slow down, make sense of your inner world, and move forward with clarity and self-trust.

About

Many of my clients appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. They may be navigating anxiety, difficult relationship patterns, life transitions, identity questions, or the lingering impact of past experiences. Often they sense there is more beneath the surface but struggle to put it into words. What I hear again and again is a desire to slow down, make sense of their inner world, and understand how the past may be shaping the present so they can move through life and relationships with greater clarity and self-trust.

My approach is integrative, culturally informed, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to each client's needs as they arise rather than using one fixed method. I practice deep global listening, attending not just to words but to emotions, body language, and life context. Together we explore emotional patterns, past experiences, and the full landscape of your life with curiosity and compassion, building awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change along the way.

I draw on a range of approaches including Internal Family Systems, somatic and body-based work, CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-focused therapy. I work with the parts of you that protect, the patterns that keep you stuck, and the experiences that haven't yet found words. I'm direct and warm, and I'll gently name what I notice, including when avoidance shows up, while always honoring your pace.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying things on your own. I aim to offer a space where you can feel truly heard and explore your experiences without judgment. If this resonates, you are welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
