Personalized, integrative therapy to help you heal, grow, and build the life you're working toward.

About

I work with people who are ready to make real, lasting change, whether that means finding relief from anxiety or depression, working through grief or a major life transition, navigating addiction recovery, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. My approach is integrative and personalized, meaning I draw from a wide range of evidence-based methods, including CBT, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, EFT, and psychodynamic work, and I tailor what we do to what actually fits you.

At the heart of how I work is a genuine belief that you already have strengths worth building on. I'm not here to fix you; I'm here to help you see what's already there and use it. I bring tools and frameworks, you bring your story and your goals, and together we figure out what needs to shift. I'm warm and direct, I'll challenge you when it's useful, and I'll always be honest with you.

I'm also deeply interested in the neuroscience of change, how the brain forms patterns, how those patterns can be reshaped, and what it actually takes to break free from long-standing habits of thought and feeling. I weave psychoeducation into our work so you leave sessions not just feeling better, but understanding why, and knowing what to do with that.

If you're ready to start, reach out and we'll find a time to connect. Your path to healing and growth is yours, and I'm here to walk it with you.
