You don't have to stay stuck. Let's find a path back to the life you want.
About
I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like the problems they're carrying are just too complicated to solve. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or a loss of direction, I'm here to help you understand what's getting in the way and figure out a path forward. I won't let you off the hook, but I'll also make sure you know I'm in your corner.
My approach draws on a wide range of methods, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, ACT, somatic work, and person-centred therapy, because no two people need the same thing. I work with adults navigating life transitions, first responders, people healing from trauma and abuse, and anyone who's been harder on themselves than they'd ever be on someone they love. A lot of what we do together comes down to building a kinder relationship with yourself, not as a soft goal, but as a real foundation for change.
I believe you get to choose how your life goes. Sometimes that means slowing down to understand the patterns that keep pulling you back. Sometimes it means a gentle but honest challenge. I'll bring both. Reach out today for a complimentary consultation and let's talk about what's going on and how we can work together.
