I'm Glendalee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Geriatric Care Manager, Certified Medical Cannabis Consultant, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider. My work draws on a wide range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I meet clients where they are, whether that means sitting with grief, untangling anxiety from panic, working through relationship patterns, or just slowing down enough to feel what's happening in the body. I also offer CalmCare Concierge Services, an integrative model that blends clinical therapy with holistic care for a more whole-person approach.

I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, self-worth, boundaries, and the emotional labor that comes with being someone people depend on. I also bring deep expertise in geriatric care and elder abuse, serving as a Court Expert and Court Evaluator in NYC, Bronx, and Dutchess Supreme Court. GLO Within Services is a Latina-owned practice, and I offer services in both English and Spanish.
