25 years helping people feel steadier, clearer, and more in control of their relationships and emotions.

About

For over 25 years, I've helped individuals navigate the sensitive, complicated challenges that show up in relationships, whether with partners, family, coworkers, or anyone else in your life. Many of my clients arrive feeling worn down and exhausted, by anxiety, by conflict, or by feeling unheard. They're looking for relief from emotional pain, real clarity, and practical tools to feel steadier. That makes a lot of sense to me, and it's exactly what I'm here for.

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and genuinely human. I listen closely, not just to what you're saying, but to what's underneath it. I draw from CBT, solution-focused techniques, and holistic approaches including mindfulness, somatic techniques, and spirituality, and I offer neurodivergent-affirming care. Each session is designed to give you something concrete to take away and put into practice. We'll build a plan around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all formula, and we'll adjust as we go.

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk through what brought you here. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll take it one step at a time and shape something together that feels realistic and meaningful to you. I also offer a Divorce Recovery group for individuals navigating that transition.

I'm a licensed counselor (LPC, LMHC, LCPC) practicing in Colorado, Texas, New York, Washington, and Kansas, with an M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Texas. I offer affirming, supportive care to clients of all ages and backgrounds. If any of this resonates, reach out. I'd love to hear what's bringing you to therapy and how I can help.
