Find clarity, healing, and reconnection, you don't have to walk this path alone.
About
Are you striving for peace, purpose, and fulfillment? Whether you're balancing a busy lifestyle, feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships, navigating conflict, or rebuilding trust after infidelity, I want you to know that you don't have to walk this path alone. I work with individuals and couples facing trauma, anxiety, grief, relational struggles, and more, and I'm here to help you find clarity, healing, and reconnection.
My approach integrates trauma-informed care, faith-based support, and evidence-based techniques including Brainspotting. I'm grounded in systemic and family systems therapy, and I weave in solution-focused, strength-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to meet you where you are. I bring both clinical depth and genuine warmth to every session. I focus on environmental factors rather than pathologizing your struggles, and I use psychoeducation, collaborative goal-setting, and practical homework to support real, lasting growth.
Our initial sessions will focus on your reasons for seeking therapy, setting goals together, and building the therapeutic relationship I believe forms the foundation of our work. I often use self-disclosure strategically to normalize your experiences, and I balance validation with gentle encouragement toward action and change. Together, we'll create a safe space to explore your challenges, heal from past hurts, and develop the tools you need to grow.
I serve individuals ages 15 and older, as well as couples, and I bring a multicultural lens and cultural sensitivity to my work. I'm available Tuesday through Friday, 11 am to 7 pm, in person and via video. Please visit my website to schedule a session, or reach out with any questions.
