About

Sometimes what we truly need is the space to say the thing out loud, to name the fear, the grief, the pattern we keep repeating. That can feel scary and vulnerable, and I get that. My job is to create a space where we can look at those things together, honestly and without judgment, and then figure out what to actually do about them. I bring warmth and directness in equal measure, and yes, I'll challenge you when I think you're getting in your own way.

I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, life transitions, and motivation. My approach is rooted in Person-Centred therapy, and I draw on CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and motivational interviewing depending on what you need. I'm comfortable working short-term or long-term in a one-on-one setting.

What I care about most is that you leave sessions with something concrete: a reframe, a skill, a next step. I want you to feel heard, but I also want you to move. Those two things aren't in conflict.

I've been in practice for over 14 years and hold a Master of Science from the University of Glasgow. I'm registered with the CRPO and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I offer a free 20-minute consultation, so reach out and let's see if we're a good fit.
