Helping you untangle the knots, build self-compassion, and find the courage you already have.

About

Therapy with me is a place where you feel heard and understood. I work with you on the issues that matter to you, using tools that are useful both inside and outside the therapy room. Reaching out takes courage, and I meet that courage with genuine compassion and connection. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my job is to walk alongside you when things feel overwhelming, helping you untangle the knots so you can move forward.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I work from a neurodiversity-affirming framework and hold specialized training in ADHD. I specialize in ADHD, parenting, and relationship issues, and I bring an integrated approach to every client I work with. That means our first sessions focus on understanding your challenges and, most importantly, building our relationship. From there, we create a treatment plan together that actually fits you. I draw on ACT, CBT, IFS, narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and more, always with your informed consent and ongoing input guiding the way.

My approach centers on self-compassion and building a strong, grounded sense of self. Whether you are navigating anxious attachment, ADHD, family conflict, life transitions, or OCD, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a willingness to gently challenge the stories that are keeping you stuck. Growth takes patience, and change takes courage and vulnerability. I am here for all of it.

I offer sessions to individuals ages 16 and up, in person at our cozy office in Brantford and online from my home office. Outside of work, I am chasing around my three busy kids with my husband in a home full of pets and plants. Please reach out by phone or email for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
