Helping adults find freedom from eating disorders, body image struggles, OCD, and perfectionism.
About
I work with adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, self-worth, OCD, and perfectionism. Whether it's food, your body, uncertainty, or impossible standards, your mind may spend most of its energy trying to solve, control, or get it just right. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that no longer serve you, so they no longer have to shape your life.
I draw from CBT-E, ACT, TBT-S, and ERP to help you respond differently to difficult thoughts, emotions, urges, and experiences. Treatment is structured and practical, often including exposures, behavioral experiments, and skill-building between sessions, all within a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned frame. A core part of my work is helping you identify and act on your values, so change is grounded in what actually matters to you.
I work with a range of concerns related to food, body image, self-worth, perfectionism, and disordered eating. Whether you're struggling with a longstanding eating disorder or patterns that don't feel severe but are still impacting your quality of life, treatment is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
You don't need to have the right words or even know exactly where to start. Many of the traits that contribute to suffering are also sources of strength, and we'll start there. My goal is to create a space where you don't have to filter or perform.
