Sometimes life feels overwhelming. Relationships become strained, emotions feel hard to manage, or you're not sure how you got to where you are. Whatever has brought you here, I'm here to help you find your way through. I'm an integrative psychotherapist registered with the NCPS, working with individuals, couples, children, and young people.

I am particularly rooted in nervous system and attachment-based approaches, recognising that our emotions, life experiences, and physical wellbeing are deeply intertwined. I specialise in integrative, Emotionally Focused and nervous system-informed therapy for couples, individuals, and young people. For couples I am also trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2). With younger clients I use play and creative, attachment-based approaches.

I often use a person-centred integrative approach, drawing on different modalities to suit your needs while helping you feel empowered about your mental health. In our first session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and then decide together what would be most helpful in supporting your progress.

I have over 5 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma. I am available mostly on weekends and evenings, and offer sessions in person or online via video. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve support, and I would be glad to hear from you.
