Connection, clarity, and meaningful change for individuals, couples, and families.

About

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to feel more connected, heard, and grounded in their relationships. A lot of the people I sit with are over-givers, people who pour into others and quietly wonder why they feel so depleted or overlooked. In our work together, we slow down, get curious about the patterns that keep showing up, and figure out what you actually need to feel and live a more authentic life.

My approach is grounded in attachment and relational work, with a strong thread of mindfulness and somatic awareness woven through. I draw on Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Hakomi Therapy, Somatic Experiencing techniques and use Trauma Incident Reduction TIR, among others, because I think good therapy starts with understanding how the nervous system works, creates or fill gaps of internal resources, and offers useful relational tools for everyday life. I'm always curious about what your body knows, what old stories are running in the background, and what it would feel like to respond to hard moments from a place of clarity rather than dysregulation.

I also offer competency-based supervision for counsellors. Supervision with me is collaborative and process-oriented. I care about helping you develop your own clinical voice, not just tick boxes.

I work in-person and online, and I'd love to hear what's bringing you in. Reach out anytime.
