Helping youth, men, and families rewrite their life stories and become more grounded in love

About

I walk with youth, men, and families who are ready to look honestly at what's not working in their lives, whether that's relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, addiction, burnout, low self-esteem, or something else entirely. My approach is warm and collaborative. I want you to feel genuinely understood, not just fine, and I believe that distinction matters.

Drawing on evidence-based approaches, I help clients explore the stories holding them back, connect with their own strengths, and build healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. I also bring 10 years of experience as a pastor, which shapes how I hold space for questions of meaning, identity, and spirituality alongside the practical work of change.

I work with preteens, teens, and adults, and I'm comfortable sitting with difficult emotions, reflecting them back, and helping you find a path forward that feels true to who you want to be. If you're ready to take a first step toward a different story, I'd be glad to connect.
