Your emotions are valid. Let's unpack what's heavy and find your path forward together.
About
I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life's transitions. Whether it's anxiety creeping in, relationships feeling strained, or a sense that something needs to shift, I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe we often need to go backwards to understand how we move forward, and I'll walk alongside you at whatever pace feels right.
My approach draws on a range of modalities including CBT, Gottman Method, Parts Work (Internal Family Systems), Emotionally Focused Therapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based techniques. I'm curious about your story and the patterns that have shaped how you show up in your relationships. Together we'll unpack what matters most to you, build insight, and take concrete steps toward the life you want.
I work with individuals (age 16+), couples, and families. Whether you're navigating a relationship challenge, working on self-esteem, processing grief, or figuring out who you are outside of the roles you've always played, I'm here for it. Our first session is a discovery phase where we explore what truly matters to you. From there, each session is tailored to your specific goals.
I offer in-person sessions in South Surrey, BC and virtual sessions on weekdays and evenings. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation and let's figure out if we're a good fit.
