Pushing through has limits. When it stops working, that's where we start.

About

Most of us are pretty good at pushing through. At some point, pushing through stops being a strategy and starts being the problem. If you're here, you've probably already figured that out. I primarily work with men, first responders, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship stress. A lot of my clients tell me they waited longer than they needed to. You don't have to.

Therapy can feel foreign, especially if asking for help isn't something that comes naturally. I bring specific training in trauma (EMDR), anxiety, and relationships, but what clients come back and tell me isn't usually about any of that. It's that they felt genuinely heard. Therapy with me is direct and built around you specifically, not a formula. I work from a trauma-informed, humanistic perspective, drawing on EMDR, ACT, parts work, Gottman Method, and other approaches depending on what actually fits you.

If you've never done therapy before, or tried it once and it didn't click, I get it. The whole thing can feel a bit odd at first. That's normal. Most of the real work happens once we get past that part. You don't have to have it figured out before you reach out.

A free 15-minute consultation is a good place to start. Call or email me and we'll go from there.
