Life has a way of shifting beneath our feet, sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once. Whether you're navigating early adulthood, adjusting to new roles, caring for a loved one, or facing changes you didn't choose, you don't have to move through it alone. I work with adults of all ages, from young adults stepping into independence to older adults redefining purpose and identity.

I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor, and much of my work centers on the wellness of pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, and the unique pressures women often carry through motherhood and caregiving. I also work with people experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, caregiver stress, and ongoing life stressors. Together, we discuss what's getting in the way and find concrete ways to move forward, focusing on what you can do in the moment and letting go of what can wait.

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals, build insight, and strengthen coping skills. You can expect a space where your experiences are honored, your voice is central, and we open up real conversations about what matters most to you.
