I specialize in trauma recovery using EMDR and clinical hypnotherapy. We work through the lens of PTSD and complex PTSD, targeting the visceral body sensations where trauma lives and processing them back to their source. This is how real change happens, not by forcing intellectual understanding, but by working where change actually sticks: body sensations, limiting beliefs, and specific memories. I also bring psychoeducation into our work, helping you understand what's happening neurologically and somatically so you can recognize your patterns and begin to shift them.

For clients who share a biblical worldview, faith is woven throughout this deep, body-based work. I offer in-person sessions in Wilmington, NC on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with virtual sessions available for established clients as needed.
