Supporting you through pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and care.

About

For the past 10 years, I've had the honour of sitting with people in their most tender and challenging moments. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, stress, or life transitions, you don't have to carry it alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we'll find gentle practices to ease the weight you're carrying and help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more like yourself again. I deeply believe in your ability to heal and grow.

I have a special passion for supporting new mothers as they move through the joys and challenges of this tender season. Drawing from personal insight, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share openly, feel understood, and find support as you adjust to the changes and emotions of motherhood.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with you to develop personalized strategies and techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals. In session, I draw on evidence-based practices to help uncover past narratives and beliefs that may be contributing to your struggles. By understanding and challenging these narratives, we can begin to create new, empowering stories that align with your values and aspirations.

I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right fit matters. To support you in that process, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk about your needs, answer questions, and see if working together feels like the right match. I also offer evening appointments to accommodate busy schedules.
