Heal your relationship with yourself, your body, and food. You're ready for something different.

About

You've been relying on changing your body to change your life, overthinking every thought and feeling, fearing that if you don't stay in control you'll fall apart at any second. And even after all this time and effort, you still can't find relief. You're frustrated that nothing has shifted, despite trying everything. But you're here because something has got to give. You're ready to finally heal your relationship with yourself, your body, and food, and to leave the chaos behind. I want to help you get there.

Therapy with me is a place where you can fully explore your history, your fears, and your innermost thoughts and feelings without shame, guilt, or fear of judgment. I structure our work in a way that fits your needs and your personality, because I know how important it is to bring your whole self into the room. I believe every person is capable of recovery and of building a more functional, enjoyable life. Tackling your relationship with yourself, your body, and food can be one of the hardest things you ever do, and I'm here to make that journey with you.

I have over 7 years of experience working across all levels of care for eating disorders, trauma, and mood and anxiety disorders. I draw on CBT, ACT, DBT, somatic and body-based approaches, and mindfulness to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors affect each other, and how connecting to your values can be a powerful tool for real, lasting change. In our early sessions, we'll collaborate on short and long-term goals and figure out what has been keeping you stuck.

I'm fully licensed in Colorado and trained in trauma-informed therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and exposure-based approaches. I offer sessions in-person and virtually, with availability Sunday through Wednesday to fit all kinds of schedules. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation and let's figure out if we're a good fit.
