I offer in-person and virtual psychotherapy for children, youth, and adults across the lifespan. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I work with neurodivergent individuals and provide affirming, inclusive care for members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

I support clients in developing emotion regulation skills, building coping resources, and exploring their inner experiences through both conversation and creative expression. My approach honours diverse ways of thinking, feeling, communicating, and expressing identity.

I practice from an eclectic, evidence-based framework, integrating traditional psychotherapy with music psychotherapy and expressive arts therapy approaches. This allows clients to explore and process their inner experiences not only through conversation, but also through creative, embodied, and non-verbal expression.
