Grounded, practical therapy for anxiety, stress, and life's difficult seasons.
About
Are you anxious, stressed, or overstimulated? You're not alone. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported through difficult seasons of life. Together, we'll build practical coping strategies that fit your daily life, strengthen communication, and clarify what matters most to you.
My goal is to help you feel more connected, able to resolve conflict within interpersonal relationships, better equipped to handle uncertainty, and more confident facing life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, family conflict, and life transitions, and I have extensive experience working with clients navigating domestic violence situations, including over five years working in DV court and with clients who have criminal or custody cases.
I work with individuals, couples, and families across a range of ages, from children to older adults. My approach draws on ACT, CBT, EMDR, solution-focused, and trauma-focused methods, so we can find what fits best for you. Sessions are available in person at our Midlothian and Ennis offices, or online, with after-hours and weekend availability through our practice.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can answer your questions, see if we're a good fit, and talk through how therapy can help. Sliding scale and insurance options are available to keep care accessible.
