Feel capable of more but stuck? Let's build the tools, clarity, and momentum to move your life forward.

About

Do you feel capable of more, but something keeps getting in the way? You might be dealing with burnout that shows up as anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, and despite your best efforts, you feel stuck. Many of the people I work with feel exactly this way. They want to break free from the rat race we call normal, understand themselves better, develop practical tools, and start making meaningful changes in their lives. Drawing on over a decade of experience in counselling and personal training, I work with youth, athletes, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and trauma.

In my approach, mental health is not just something we talk about, it is something we practice and develop. Together we focus on understanding what you truly want and what is getting in the way, then build strategies to move your life forward. This often includes tools for emotional regulation, goal setting, and accountability. I ground my practice in Indigenous Worldview, DBT, Process Oriented Psychology, and Narrative Therapy, looking at each person as a whole individual and supporting them through honest assessment and tangible wellness tools.

I believe change often happens through small, consistent steps that help you better understand yourself and move toward the life you want. My sessions are collaborative and real, I share my perspective openly, celebrate your progress genuinely, and challenge unhelpful patterns with care. Whether you are exploring intergenerational patterns, working through identity questions, or learning to set boundaries that actually stick, you do not have to figure this out alone.

I specialize in Sports Performance, Life Coaching, and Colonialism and Intergenerational Trauma, and I also work with leadership on stress, focus, and energy. If you are interested in learning more about yourself while taking meaningful steps toward change in your mind, body, and life direction, I would be glad to connect.
