When life feels overwhelming, healing starts with finding support that sees you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a checklist. At Mind Body Spirit Counseling & Wellness Services, I work with you to understand how your mind and body shape your experiences, so you can respond to life with greater clarity, balance, and choice. I'm direct, warm, and I'll be upfront with you from session one.
My approach blends ACT, somatic and experiential tools, mindfulness, IFS parts work, and values-based action to create lasting change. Counseling here is tailored to your lived experience. You can expect methods that help you engage with your internal world in session and build new skills for relating to yourself differently, starting right away.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, stress, and anxiety, and I work with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan. I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Mood Disorder Professional, licensed in Tennessee and Florida, with 10 years in practice.

Individual sessions $125; Couple sessions $150. Sliding scale available. Self-pay clients working under Robert Sweet (Associate Therapist) may receive sessions for $50 per session.
