Body-centered trauma therapy that helps you move from stuck to whole, at your own pace.

About

Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I'm honored to be part of your journey. I'm a body-centered therapist who specializes in trauma work, and I hold the belief that people are unlikely to get through life without being directly affected by experiences that can create lasting feelings of unsafety. Painful events can cause us to get stuck in unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that affect every aspect of life. Together, we can discover where and how those stuck places began, and from there, healing and wholeness can slowly be achieved.

I draw on a combination of talk therapy, somatic interventions, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) to help you access the information your body and mind have been holding. Our work is collaborative and tailored to your unique story, needs, and goals. I stay flexible and responsive to where you are on any given day, balancing acknowledgment of setbacks with recognition of your resilience, and always keeping practical next steps in view alongside the emotional work.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I work with individuals and couples navigating grief, relationship difficulties, racial identity, spirituality, and life's many transitions. My goal is to help you move more effectively through stress and difficulty so you can experience more joy, a greater sense of self, and genuine compassion for yourself and others. You deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard, and that is what I strive to offer every session.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and am available most weekday evenings. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
