About

After 15 years in corporate human resources, I witnessed how the constant pressure to perform, keep up, and care for others can leave people feeling drained, unseen, and disconnected. I have felt this myself, too. Over time, I realized that many people (like myself) needed more than workplace support; they needed a safe space to process what they were carrying, feel heard, and explore new ways forward. This realization guided me into counselling, to offer the kind of space I once needed, where you don't have to carry it all alone, and your well-being comes first.

I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, workplace stress, and relationship challenges. In our sessions, my role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to safely unpack your concerns, and begin to make sense of your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace.

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive. At its core, it is based on the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I integrate various therapeutic methods, including Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. These methods can help you explore how your past experiences shape your current patterns, re-author your story, and develop strategies for meaningful change. This process can sometimes involve reflection; at other times, it may include learning new tools or simply taking time to pause, breathe, and feel heard. Together, we will co-create a space and a plan that feels supportive for you, wherever you are in your journey.

Individual and couples sessions are virtual and available to clients across Canada.
