About

About the Clinic
With more than 30 years of experience, we believe healing happens through connection — with yourself, with others, and with the support of skilled, compassionate counsellors. Whether you're working through anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, we offer a range of counselling options designed to meet you where you are, individually or as part of a group.

Despite the negative experiences many people have with anger, we know it can also be constructive and lead to insight. It takes courage to seek help — and those who bring motivation, put in the effort, and commit to change often find real, lasting change is possible.

Group Counselling
Group counselling offers a supportive space where you're treated with respect and dignity, alongside others working through similar challenges. It's an opportunity to transform anger, anxiety, and other difficult emotions into growth and maturity — while deepening your understanding of yourself and building your capacity to face what life brings.

Individual Counselling
Individual sessions are tailored to your specific situation. They give you dedicated time to explore your needs, face your challenges, draw on your strengths, and learn healthier ways of relating to anger, to yourself, and to the people in your life.

Our Team
Our team of counsellors offers couples, family, and individual counselling for men, women, and teenagers. Sessions are flexible and responsive to your unique circumstances, with space to work through anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, divorce, parenting, and more.

If you're ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you — call or text us at 604-723-5134 to get started.
